DELIVERY

Shipping cost

The cost of shipping is automatically calculated by the system depending on the mode of transport chosen by the customer, the place of delivery and the weight and characteristics of the items shipped.

In the phase of the order to the "step" delivery methods it is proposed the possible ways depending on the country of destination and the physical characteristics of the product or products to be shipped.

  The shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system in the total cost to be paid for the completion of the order.

Delivery time

The shipment of goods is done normally within one working day following the receipt of the order when the payment has been made; the delivery time of the goods by the carrier is shown in the phase of the order, for each of the possible modes of delivery selected by the customer. These times are approximate and may be subject to changes.

The time of delivery shall commence upon receipt of the corresponding payment except for orders with cash on delivery that shall commence from the moment the order is received. COMPLAINTS
